Shipping time?

Domestic US shipping takes between 3 and 10 days depending on the size of the order. Free shipping for Canada, United Kingdom and Australia takes between 6 and 15 days. For other countries it may take between 10 and 25 days.

If you think your order is late please use your tracking code that we have provided to you via email or at your “My orders” section to check the exact location of the order. If you can’t find the email in your inbox folder try searching it in your spam folder.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the time frame specified above, please send us a support ticket before attempting to report or abort the transaction. The soonest our team verifies that there is a problem with the order, we will refund you the full amount paid within 2 hours.

Can I return an item for free?

Returns on all clothing products are free of charge and 100% refundable if the items returned are not damaged, used or washed. However, to get a refund on your return you must first ship the item back to us.

Is there a deadline for returns?

The deadline for returns is 5 days from the day you have received the order. If you haven’t contacted support within the deadline your return request will be denied.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return/refund please provide the following details in your support ticket:

- Reason for the return (Minimum 20 words)

- The order ID number provided in the confirmation email4

Once we’ve received your support ticket requesting a return we are going to email you a return label that you must attach to the packaging.

Must I have an account to make purchases?

No, you don’t need to register for an account in order to make purchases but we highly encourage you to register for one in order to track your orders and get a faster support.

If I create an account, are you going to fill my inbox with daily offers and deals?

No, we never spam our users with daily deals and we hate retailers that do that. The sole purpose of a Mark & Roberts account is to make faster and easier purchases, get informed on the status of your orders and track your purchasing activities.

Out of Stock

If an item is currently out of stock, is there a chance that the product may be in stock any time soon?

If a product is listed as out of stock it may be in stock again after 15 to 30 days.

Is my credit card purchasing safe?

The information that you provide to us, including your name, address and credit card info is private and encrypted. The credit card number you provide to us can only be accessed by the bank mediating the transaction and not by us.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only accept credit card payments including VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER NETWORK.
